Does your project need complex sequences that contain extreme GC content, repeats, or strong secondary structures? Or do you want to one-shot your design by packing all necessary components into one 20 kb construct? Ansa is excited to help accelerate your project with our unique enzymatic synthesis platform.
Here’s how the contest works:
STEP 1
Create an Ansa e-Commerce account.
STEP 2
Create a Quote for your specific constructs (up to 20 kb), and save your Quote ID #.
STEP 3
Complete the below application form, including your Ansa Quote ID #, and hit the submit button.
STEP 4
Selected projects will be notified by email on a rolling basis and all submissions will be notified by August 12th.
Submissions will be judged by the following criteria:
- Innovativeness and impact of the application —
How does your project advance science, and how does it contribute to human and/or planetary health? - Soundness of the technical approach —
Does your experimental approach have a decent chance of success, and have you considered potential risks and mitigations? - Specific need for long and/or complex DNA —
How does your application or design strategy benefit from access to long synthetic DNA constructs or sequences with extreme GC content, repeats, or strong secondary structures?
Submission period: May 25 – August 7, 2026
