Vector Library for Cloning, Mammalian, AAV & Transcription Applications
Ansa now offers a variety of catalog vectors for your clonal constructs. We have options for cloning, bacterial, mammalian, AAV, and transcription applications, featuring several preferred vectors most commonly used by our customers.
The standard choices for sequences up to 7.5 kb are pANSA-Amp-v1.5 and pANSA-Kan-v1.5. Our most reliable vectors for long, complex, or toxic sequences up to 7.5 kb are pStable-Ind-Amp-v1.0 and pStable-Ind-Kan-v1.0.

Catalog Vectors
Catalog vectors are designed to integrate seamlessly into your downstream cloning and expression workflows. Single vectors can support workflows from basic cloning to high-level protein expression depending on the promoter and backbone included. Vectors download maps and sequence files are available so you can plan cloning strategies, design primers, and simulate expression outcomes before ordering.

In vitro transcription vector including a truncated T7 promoter and a segmented 120bp polyA sequence. For functional expression initiation bases must be added to the start of the insert sequence (GN or AG depending on selected capping reagents). More detailed information is provided in a technical note here. Copy Number: High | Transcription vector

Bacterial protein expression vector under the control of a strong T7 promoter. A start and stop codon must be added to mediate start and stop of translation. The included lacI gene prevents leaky expression, that is relieved upon addition of IPTG. Transcription termination is mediated by an included T7 terminator. Requires a host strain that harbors a T7 RNA polymerase cassette (eg. (DE3)-containing strains) for expression. Copy Number: Medium | Bacterial Expression
